Pay/Refund & Tax Info

Payments– Bursar accounts must be paid by the end of the add/drop period for the fall, spring, and summer terms. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, money order, debit, and credit card. Payments made after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. CMN reserves the right to withhold grades, academic transcripts, and diplomas until all financial obligations to the college are fulfilled. Students with delinquent accounts will not be allowed to complete enrollment or attend classes. For details on billing policies, refer to the Office of the Bursar Policies and Procedure Handbook.

Refunds– Degree-seeking students may file a FAFSA application to determine eligibility for federal financial aid. Additionally, students are encouraged to apply for scholarships. The Office of Bursar will disburse all awarded funds to student accounts. If a credit balance occurs, students will be notified via email with reimbursement options.

Tax info– CMN is required annually to furnish a Form 1098-T, Tuition Statement, which reports qualified tuition and related expenses associated with enrollment at CMN. This form is intended to assist with federal income tax return preparations. If you are issued a 1098-T, you may view your form on your student portal January 31st.
